  Excellent dropped kerk installed
I was very impressed with the team that came to install adropped kerb for the Church in St Budeaux.  The work was completed in a day inspite of having to remove concrete which unexpectedly was over 8" thick.  The men were cheerful, polite and worked extremel hard enjoying copious mugs of coffeee to keep them going.

  My whole driveway was ruined after burst pipe caused a very large underground flood. I chose County Roadways based on their proximity and their excellent reviews and they submitted a cost for my insurance. I wasn't disappointed as Andy and his team squeezed our job in before the xmas break, despite scheduling delays caused by the hideous weather. They were fast, clean and above all polite and professional. Nothing was too much. They even found the coolest area of freshly laid tarmac so our dog could get in and out of the house. Andy left the site clean and tidy but not until he'd given us care tips for fresh tarmac, which we will observe. The finished result looks excellent. I know some of my neighbours will be interested in speaking to Andy. I'd add photos but it is now dark outside.

  Dropped Kerb
Very easy to deal with and the whole process was straightforward.
County sorted out the council application and the work was carried out when they said it would happen. An all round good experience.

Gravel Driveways – Like asphalt, it’s a very low-cost option. Unlike asphalt and other solutions, gravel driveways can last you a lifetime, provided they get the proper maintenance. Maintenance isn’t expensive and doesn’t require any special tools.

The complete job, from design to completion, will be carried out by our highly skilled, experienced, qualified and fully insured driveway installers.

Once a site is prepared, most driveways take 1 to 2 days

A driveway can potentially add 5-10% to your property’s value, as long as it is expertly installed.

A solid, level foundation is essential, so dig out the top level to your required depth. If the sub-base is not suitable here, dig another four inches and add your hardcore. This will need to be compacted, which may require the hire of a plate compactor.

Resin-bound driveway is the recommend surface type for a slope driveway

One major difference between the two is that in a resin bonded system, the stone is only bonded to the resin on one side. In contrast, a resin bound driveway features a multi-layer stone surface, with a much smoother finish.
Resin bound is water permeable, letting rain drain through the surface, whereas resin bond doesn’t allow for this.
